The Promotion Of Research, Innovation And Digital Culture In Central Africa (PRICNAC) Project

The project seeks to strengthen research-innovation capacities in Central African countries by consolidating innovation ecosystems, productive synergies, entrepreneurship, digital technology and innovation policies in addressing sustainable development and reduction of poverty.
Financed by the ACP through the 11th European Development Fund & Administered by the Secretariat of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States (ACP)
The specific objectives include:
(i) Link research-innovation systems in Central Africa with those of the entire African continent, as well as with Europe and other developing regions in the world, with a view to sharing good practices.
(ii)Promote social, solidarity and inclusive entrepreneurship for young people, in order to promote employability and their social inclusion.
(iii)Create a permanent PRICNAC network in order to strengthen the links between the different actors of innovation in Central Africa.

Target Countries in Central Africa: Cameroon, Central African Republic (CAR), Chad, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Sao Tome and Principe
