Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Officer for the AAU
(CONSULTING SERVICES – INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT SELECTION)
The Organization
The Association of African Universities (AAU) is the apex organization and collective voice of higher education in Africa. With its Secretariat in Accra, Ghana, the AAU provides a distinguished platform for collaboration, networking, and information exchange among its 450 member institutions across 48 African countries. As the technical implementation arm of the African Union Commission for higher education strategies, the AAU is charting a bold new path to strengthen the resilience and global competitiveness of African universities.
The Role
We are looking for an objective and strategic Internal Auditor to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building a robust internal control environment that supports the AAU’s strategic ambitions

Competency and Expertise
Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications, competencies and relevant experience to perform the Services.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended, of the Republic of Ghana.
