The project SEADE – short for ‘Strengthening the Europe-Africa Digital Ecosystem Through Increased R&I Cooperation’ provides fundamental support services and route-to-market programmes for AU & EU Research and Innovation actors based on user-centered market research. The project, funded by the EU’s key funding programme for research and innovation, Horizon Europe, will be running for two years until December 2025.
As part of a project consortium of 10 African and European partners, AAU leverages its wide continental reach to raise awareness about the project and its goals among African Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), as well as facilitates collaborations between the European researchers/innovators and R&I institutions with relevant expertise within African HEIs.
The AAU TV serves as a platform to share the project progress, best practices, and success stories, fostering collaboration and wider participation.
