In recent years, partnerships with Africa have grown by leaps and bounds as the continent has recorded sustained growth that changed its global outlook. The continent has seen a plethora of high-level partnership conventions which include; Africa-Canada; China-Africa; Africa-France; Germany-Africa; India-Africa; Japan-Africa; Korea-Africa, Russia-Africa and Turkey-Africa summits, conferences and compact.
To manage external partnership schemes, African Institutions need resources and sponsorship as it is their sole responsibility to do so.
